“The goods were as ordered but delivery was not good it took too long would be better service from Royal Mail and would be willing to pay the extra for this service”

“I could have bought the same item for the same price on eBay, and I would have received it within 36 hours. I waited almost three weeks for my purchase from Wordery and even had time to contract and recover from covid before I had even a sniff of a delivery date - and I had to register an issue to even get that because there is zero communication between customer and customer service!”

“Sadly, the couriers did not deliver my book within the time frame given (several days beyond), so it has ended up being forwarded in the post by my son. As a result, I'm held back in the project I wanted it for. This is the first bad experience with Wordery I've had, I hope it's a one off, because you're usually great.”

“I like it particularly for ordering children's books, some from years ago and some present day. The delivery is quick. Incentive is also free postage. Much prefer it to Amazon where I get tricked into signing up for Amazon prime.”
