“Wholly satisfactory. A service like this is very important for me, i.e. book purchasing on the Web from a huge, comprehensive, multilingual product list at a good price. Everything around the ordering process was fine: the Web user interface, subsequent e-mail communication, product packaging, speed of order fulfilment.”

“I love the service providing products to everywhere in the world. What makes me a bit nervous everytime is the light packaging the products are coming in. Sometimes the edges of the box of my decks get a bit bumped but for now they were only minor and the cards were unharmed. I am just glad I can get them at a reasonable price and in cases the product gets harmed really bad I trust that the costumer service will help me out. Fortunately I did not have the need to contact them (yet).”

“I am extremely disappointed. I didn’t receive the book I paid for in over 2 months, your customer service is ignoring me and it is the first and last time that I bought anything from this site. I want my book or my money back!!!”
