Loved it a lot. Great plot Is the first book of the cruel prince series and is a great fanatasy romance book. “ you must be strong enough to strike and strike and strike again without tiring. The first lesson is to make yourself stong” . An amazingly written, gorgeous book, focused towards teenagers This book is a must-read! Holly Black is an amazingly talented author with a skill for romantic dialogue and fight scenes. While most of the romance is talk and some kisses, there is one scene that while nothing is too heavily described, it is implied. However, if your child is in middle school or is a teenager of any kind, it's nothing to worry about. Love, love, love the series This is a great book. Really enjoyed London's No1 Dog Walking Agency. It is an interesting idea. Simply the title had me intrigued and hit my radar. The world of London dog walking had to have some interesting anecdotes and stories behind it. Which are present in droves. Ranging from the strange to the really quite endearing. It explores the modern version of city dwellers' love for man's best friend. All of them are well recalled and told. It also explores Kates journey from working in Sotherby in a job she hated into a new business and becoming a settled "Adult". Living together with Finlay, getting Married, finally getting their own dog and children. It is really great to follow. It added an extra dimension to Dog Walking story. It grounds it and makes it so real. The interactions with the employees is great especially the wonderful Tom (walker) and Stanley (dog) relationship. It brought tears to my eyes but also made he rejoice that they found each other and had such a journey together.

I love the world created in this book, it makes it feel as though you are really part of it and I couldn't put it down as it absorbed me as I read on. I love how the charters change and develop as you find out more and more abut each of their backgrounds and life's, it is an unique carefully crafted story perfect for people of many ages. However, I think it is very slow paced to begin with and seems to drag on but in the end it is worth it because it allows Holly Black to create the amazing world of Faerie and really make it seem real. It is full of lovable, complicated characters who you will find yourself slowly loving as the book comes to an end and I will definitely be reading he last two in the trilogy to find out where the story leads from the The Cruel Prince left off. I strongly recommend this book to young adult fantasy lovers as it will be perfect for you to read.

A 1950's housewife goes missing from quiet Santa Monica, leaving behind her two young children and a bloodstain. The opening of this book is intriguing, there is a sense of the stifled lives of suburban housewives in the 1950's who don't work and have "help" in the form of black housekeepers to do the housework. There are hints of tension in the household of the missing woman, whose husband doesn't like her watering the flowers when she has her period. She contemplates taking a pill to help her get through the day. There's a very Stepford Wives/Valley of the Dolls vibe going on. So what mystery lurks under the picture perfect facade? I liked the cover, it gives off the right amount of incongruity. Here's a lovely sunny kitchen, where something bad happened! Or did it? And are the police correct with their immediate (and racist) assumption that the black housekeeper is responsible for whatever crime has taken place?

This is my first read by this author and I thought the premise looked interesting and a book I would like. I wasn’t disappointed, I devoured this book in less than a day and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought it was very well written. and it captured and held my attention all the way through. Following Jonathan Coulters death his three children are told they have to all be in agreement on the distribution of his estate before they can arrange his funeral. The siblings arrange a weekend in their childhood home to come to an agreement which isn't as easy as they hoped. Add in a partner and ex wife and sparks fly! The characters were believable, although not all were really likeable and the story was told through their different points of view which I enjoyed. The book portrays the family dynamics and sibling relationships very well and how their grief affected them. I had a lot of empathy for Megan although she did irritate me at times. Overall a very good absorbing and at times poignant read that I would recommend.

I can describe my self as a beginner when it comes to online book shopping. I prefer to buy books in store. Recently and due to the current circumstances, I decided to venture and discover available online services. I tried other online bookshops until I discovered Wordery which proved to be reliable. I like the quality of their books, competitive prices and most importantly the free delivery service they provide. I highly recommend Wordery.

Good books and fast delivery but a big prt of why I chose to use Wordery was its sustainability credentials and I ordered three books expecting them to come in one package. All three arrived the same day in three different packets! Why? I did not pay for express so assumed pet of why you say it takes up to 5 days is because you don’t send them all out separately. Not impressed and won’t use again.

The calendar I ordered was exactly what I expected however delivery was very poor. I ordered with a couple of hours to spare in order to get delivery to Australia before Christmas. I would understand if it had arrived a couple of days after Christmas because of all the difficulties with flights etc at the moment. However it arrived more than 4 weeks after Christmas, which made for a very late Christmas present.

Your service deserves a 5 star rating but I reduced your rating as far too many books (those that I buy) are 'Not Available" from you, my first choice. I need to go to your biggest competitor to find them and they have it 75% of the time.
