“Book arrived. I ordered an address book for “seniors”. Unfortunately when it arrived it was paperback, not hardback, therefore it’s longevity is comprised. Also it was in American language i.e., cell ‘phone.”

“All 3 books have now arrived. Sending them 1 by 1 does not seem the most efficient way and they were all slightly damaged.”

“Books arrived swiftly, but plastic packaging to stop them shunting around and becoming damaged within outer packaging was deflated and so edge of cover of one book was slightly damaged, presumably from movement”

“I was disappointed when I opened the package to find some sticky substance on the cover of both books . It looks likely it was used to hold the packing notes in place,it was difficult to clean the covers without damaging these gifts.”

“David Walliams book Bad Dad arrived and delivery was left out in the open, I was away a couple of days, when I found the book was already quite damp, badly packed. Not happy. The other book was plastic sealed and much better”

“Wordery are usually very good, but I had a query on my order as it was marked incorrectly on the website, I was then given the wrong info - probably because it was wrong on the website - then decided to keep it anyway as it would have cost the fee of the book to return it to America, only to realise when i opened it, it was in-fact what i had originally hoped for. So the web description was incorrect and the advisor wasn't very helpful, but apart from that they are usually great.”

“The book was fine but the delivery was very slow it only arrived on Tuesday 5th December. This would be difficult to trust in the future if I had another order with a closer deadline.”

“Order was despatched and received as described, but the packaging was not great. The box was much larger than the book, and only had one piece of 'bubble packing' in the box so allowing the book to move around. The book is for a Christmas present, so it was lucky that it was not damaged.”
