“I ordered 15 books, which, although they arrived very quickly, came in 15 separate parcels. Considering the fact that many of them arrived on the exact same day, in the exact same packages, I do not think that they came from different warehouses. So why send them separately??? This was such a waste. I would have much preferred to receive them at a later date, but in one go.”
