Incredibly late. It shouldn't take weeks to get a small book. Really disappointing as it was intended as a present. Will be going back to Amazon for all further purchases.

Poor service poor customer service waited a month in the end for my book if I hadn't messaged three times they wouldn't of even known there was a error with the order they just kept telling me it was coming when it wasn't and I got very little help from the customer service team won't be using them again the 10% off code wouldn't convince me to wait so long for something I could of received In a week cheaper aswell off eBay...

Delivery was quick but the book had been folded/bent at the end. I presume to fit in packaging. Was a gift, wasn’t very impressed.

After your website failed to accept payment and cancelled the transaction (twice) I bought the book elsewhere. Subsequently I received an email confirming the the sale had, in fact, gone through. When I wrote to revoke the order (now having duplicate through no fault of my own or other seller), I received a stock response saying the order had been processed and could not be cancelled. Very poor website and response.

My package was delayed by over a week and i received a notice that it had been delivered when that was untrue. The delivery happened days after the received notice.

Terrible. The dimensions given for these cards 51x103x31 was completely wrong they measure 44x75x25mm. In cardboard packaging measuring 350x250x50mm. One star for arriving.

The estimated delivery for my order no. 114-4120954-9593038 was "Sept. 19, 2019 - Oct. 4, 2019". I still have not received it. When I try to track it or get some info, I get an error message. I hope this communication will help... Maybe someone at Wordery can solve the problem...

Previous books (ordered for book group) sent to incorrect address. Had difficulty persuading your company (very poor customer service)) to sent them to the correct address before the book group meeting. Was told I would get a refund. Collected the books from the incorrect address and returned them to you. Never received a refund but at least I received the books. Decided to give you another chance. This time, no problems encountered.

Immediately after placing my order I realized I had made a mistake and canceled the order. Because the order did not show up in my order history I assumed it had worked out fine. However, 10 days later I receive an email that the order has been dispatched anyway. I reached out to your customer service, who did not give a clear explanation for this. Moreover, after I replied to this email with more questions, I never received an answer. I will be returning the book following the guidelines given on your website. But if your terms of service state that any order can be canceled if it has not yet been dispatched, then you obviously cannot even guarantee your own terms of service. Even if I had not canceled the order, I would have been extremely unhappy to receive a book only after 10 days. Still, the dispatch of the order even though it had been canceled and the extremely long time it took you to dispatch, would not have been an issue if the customer service had properly dealt with my queries. For this latter reason I will never order on your website again, and will explicitly discourage others from doing so as well.

My book arrived in very poor condition. It had been packed so that the book slid around inside its cardboard box. This meant that the corners and front edges of the book were bent. I would be reluctant to use Wordery again.

Delivery took more than a week, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong book inside. The slip said it was the right book, but it was a different one from a similar genre. The new book hasn't yet been delivered, so I can't comment on that yet.

This company DOES NOT pay return shipping and takes 21+ days to refund money. Clearly, they know they have you between a rock and a hard place: if you try to return a $15 item, return shipping is $20+ !!! Furthermore, their packing is atrocious: a book that I ordered arrived bent and dog-eared. BUYER BEWARE...

Ordered book on 1st Oct, expected delivery as quick as another book ordered from Amazon (2 Days) on the same day. By the 8th still no book. when the delivery people finely e mailed me the time slot, i was not going to be in, they gave me an option to leave with my neighbour which I accepted, as i knew they were in all day. when I came home I had a note through my door saying they took parcel back to depot because I wasnt in and would try to deliver again . As this was a Friday and they dont work Weekends I had to wait another 3 days to receive the book the following week. This was a book my son needed for college so to wait this long in a world where deliveries happen usually within a couple of days its a poor service.
