Book has still not been delivered, I am more bothered that I have emailed three times and I have had no email back in 8 days and no update.

Hello there - thank you for your review. So we can offer a great range of books, we source our specialist items directly from our supplier after a customer places their order. We are unable to expedite delivery times for these books and offer an estimated delivery period rather than a guaranteed delivery date. The book you ordered is being sourced from the United States and for that reason has a dispatch time of around 7 working days. It was 11 days from me placing my order before you even dispatched it , meaning that I waited 2 weeks to get my book . Very poor customer service .

Unrecyclable wrapping. Book fine, but plastic puts me off. And that makes me rate you low.

Hello there - thank you for your review. All of our paper and cardboard packaging is made from recycled materials and it’s recyclable, too. Sometimes we do have to use plastic, such as when books are received from the manufacturer in this condition, but we're working on other solutions too.

I realised that I got the order wrong therefore l tried to cancel the order .when l emailed your company ,shortly after, but I was informed that the order had be sent, .??.

Hello there - thank you for your review When we responded to your query, your order was amongst hundreds of others ready for dispatch. To have prevented the dispatch of your order at that stage would have meant a member of the warehouse team sifting through the parcels in the pallets. This was an unfeasible option for many reasons including the most compelling reason, that it would have delayed the dispatch of hundreds of other customer orders. Please note that we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery of an order.

I ordered the book on 7th November. It is now 22nd November and I still haven’t received it despite reporting this to your customer service department on 18th November

Book systematically damaged because of the very poorly made packages. I ordered three book, the three arrived in different packages, all damaged with bent cover and pages.

I had to wait more than one month for the second book I had ordered to be delivered. It was easy to order the books and the paying method too. But I will use Wordery again.

The description said used but usable. The book was ruined by someone scratching every page. The book I ordered was a scratch art book , which was not usable.

Hi Preben - When you contacted us we advised that the listing was correct and the item is exactly as the publisher intended the book to be. As you're already aware we do not even stock the edition you said you thought you had bought. For any more information please contact us at help@wordery.com
