Order made on the 27/11/19 due for delivery in early December. Item delayed, family members birthday gift therefore did not arrive on time. Still waiting for the item to arrive as at the 12/12/19.

Very bad shop. I bought a book the 15th of november. At the page where you can add to cart it said in stock. The book would be delivered at it’s latest on the third of December, yet i have received no book as i’m writing this. The book was intended as a gift for a national holiday but that’s 8 days over already... great👎👎👎 Can’t as if yet tell about the delivery as it’s still not been delivered. I would get tracking but i haven’t gotten that either.

Books arrived in very flimsy packaging, both books were paper backs and both covers were badly creased. They had been intended as Christmas presents but they look pre owned so I’m too embarrassed to gift them now. Didn’t attempt a returns process as I just don’t have the time to repack, relabel and visit a post office 2 mile walk. Very frustrating

I am still waiting for a response to my email to wordery of 26 November complaining about the condition in which my book arrived. The front cover was all torn and I therefore cannot gift the book as I intended. I still want to return/exchange the book but to date have just received the auto acknowledgement of my original complaint.

It took way to long to get and the audio did not include the final chapter. I was very disappointed with this purchase as I belong to a monthly book club so ship time was important and needed the final chapter.

Pre order books to get them dispatched 7 days after the book is released and 4 days for delivery. Surprised a company can operate like this nowadays. Last order from me!

My item still hasn’t been delivered! It was due to arrive over 8 days ago and I have no idea where it is - I received an email on 20/11/2019 saying it had been dispatched.... SO WHERE HAS IT GONE?

All 4 books delivered serarately over a period of 3 weeks- absolutely no communication from Wordery- chased order 4 times and absolutely no response. Rubbish service.
