Despite asking for a new delivery address, Wordery managed to deliver to a "shop" that doesn't accept deliveries from other companies. Never received what I ordered and have given up trying to "talk" to a computer that says NO!! Afraid I won't be shopping with Wordery again. Didn't receive it.

The book we purchased is perfect however the delivery was shocking. No one at your company wanted to take responsibility for a Christmas present ordered on the 14th that was due for delivery between the 18th & 20th which didn’t arrive until the 23rd. After emailing yourselves as we could not track the parcel in any way, you advised if it hadn’t arrived by 24th you’d refund it as you had no way of tracking it either ! It arrived on the 23rd. Left outside a door with no word from the courier at all, not even a knock on the door ! I will not use you again.

I ordered a book (to give as a Christmas present) on the 11th December that was due to arrive in 2-4 days. It had not arrived on the 20th when I left Cambridge, I have yet to return home so I still don't know if it's arrived (self-service still says "expected delivery 19th December).

I am extremely disappointed with your service. I had been waiting to receive the books for more than one month and I’ve finally received the first parcel on 04th Dec. I was even more disappointed to find, that the front cover of one of the books is damaged. I am still waiting for the second parcel with 'Anatomy & Physiology Student Workbook'. Last time I checked in the local Post office the day before Christmas and couldn’t get any information regarding the delivery. I really expect appropriate compensation from your side. In case you are not able to send me new copies, I would like to receive back the amount paid.

This may be an issue with Royal Mail, but parcel was due to arrive 23rd Dec. Did not arrive until 28th Dec, too late for them to be given as presents onChristmas Day.

The book didn't arrive! I contacted you on the 18th and got a generic reply saying that it should arrive by the 12th (even though the delivery date was 14th-18th December). NOT HAPPY! It was my daughter's most desired present. I want an immediate refund!

Books left outside a back door rarely used. No note left through letter box hence some rain damage. System for replacement appeared too complicated so decided to keep damaged books.
