My order (a xmas gift) has arrived today- it's a hard back and in a completely battered and used condition- it looks second hand- i'm so disappointed to have chosen an online site instead of using a good old fashioned book shop- I'm now left without a xmas gift to give to my niece- extremely poor- wouldn't not recommend- hoping Wordery will get back to me without delay to resolve this matter

Really cross size was not made obvious and really wouldn't of thought any book should be that small! Feel like I was conned Will not use ever again and will tell people not to as all.

Before we can resolve the issue we needed to know a bit more information about the issue and the size of the book you received to determine what has happened. Awful! I haven’t received the item I purchased after waiting two/three weeks for it. I emailed three times and received no help at all. They have not given me a refund or told me when my item is. Very disappointed

Service for delivery as been rubbish. Should have had my purchase yesterday and I’m still waiting. No one as given me a time slot or let me know today, they just say it will be here today. I don’t even know who will deliver it. Don’t know if it will be damaged or not. Who knows when I will get my purchase.

I bought this book for my niece’s son who loves trucks. I thought it was very expensive and was shocked to see that it was just a paperback style book. I hope he likes the story and pictures, but to be honest; I can buy a book similar to that, for $3. Regards, Wendy Ardma.

Hello! I wouldn't post the below publicly, however your timeframe on processing and shipping is much too lengthy for an online business. I run one myself and understand the complications behind pick and pack however you really have to keep up with the times so as to not be left behind Amazon...

These items take longer to dispatch, but this is always indicated within the delivery times shown on our product pages. Time scale to deliver is too long. Also I wanted to cancel the order just after placing it. It had not been dispatched but they wouldn’t allow this. If it had been Amazon they would. I would not use them again.

We're also sorry to hear that the delivery time frame was unsuitable; your order was placed on November 29th and was dispatched on November 30th. It was sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post, which has a 2 - 4 working day delivery estimate. Usually I have no complaints about wordery. For this order I ordered two books. One arrived timeously as expected but the other took a month to arrive. Ok I did get notification it would be delayed but a month seems excessive and unsurprisingly it arrived too late for the intended birthday recipient.

Really disappointed. Asked twice t chase my order. Been waiting a month and a half and no idea where it is. I have chased twice and there has been zero empathy or care To the customer. Absolutely embarrassing that I’ve given clear instruction to deliver the goods and all that has come back is dodging the request and rather a defence to a refund. That is terrible considering the complete disregard to customer service and respect to the person who has requested a product. Trust is gone. There are no more chances for this business.

Lovely looking book big pictures. However the delivery, in this day and age, was ridiculously long So won’t be ordering from you again. Also the book has the word diaper and in the UK we use the word nappy. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered it.

I was meant to recieve my book on the 5th of Decemeber...still no sign of it on he 13th. Customer assistant has assured me that another one will be sent out shortly.
