The customer service was awful. Took almost two moths to get my order. Ended up buying at Barnes and noble and it was cheaper and free shipping. So I am stuck with the two I got from here. A total waste. There was no compensation on their part. Extremely disappointed in the service. Will let all my followers know not to shop here.

I purchased a CD, not a book (my mistake!), but return postage to UK cost me almost as much as the product itself. I'll be buying from local providers in future

Took way too long to ship, past the expected delivery date. No tracking. Then they charge a fee to return. Not worth your time.

Hello there - thank you for your review. We're sorry to see that the address on your order, which was confirmed at the point of ordering, was incorrect. The postal service will likely return the parcel to us due to the issue with the address. However, we have replaced your order to an updated address and it should arrive soon.

Very disappointing I cancelled my order immediately but your company said it wasn't quick enough so don't offer the option to cancel if it's not really a viable option..I usually order books from Amazon but wanted to see if I could find an alternative. Wordery is not it! I'm Now stuck with 2 audio books which I bought for the illustrations...useless... I was looking at the hardback so don't know how the order jumped to an audio book which was only apparent after I checked out. When I contacted you I was dismissed and told to come back afer they arrived to discuss the possibility of a return. This felt like a ploy to make the return as difficult as possible so I now have no trust in your company and will ensure my wide network of readers know to avoid your company.

Firstly de delivery time was delayed by more than 6 weeks and the cover does not stick to the back of the iPhone so in effect the experience was really bad I would appreciate a full refund Best regards Lars

Very Disappointed with the calendar. Ordered an Ontario themed calendar. Had to wait a few weeks after ordering so assume they are made to order? Very low quality: No info on any of the images to say where they are, 2 different months have images of the same building, some of the images we have seen previously from photo stock libraries and the pics don't even tie in with the season/month. Very little effort has been put into producing this calendar.

Not good at all ordered items on 10 Dec one cancelled other still not arrived and no up dates. Ordered same item from Australia and arrived within 10 days !!!!
