I’ve never seen such incompetence and disrespect directed at me as a customer - from any company anywhere. I’ve told my Wordery story to many friends in person and on social media. You people should be ashamed of yourselves

Ordered a specific edition of a book (two different ones on sale). Sent the incorrect one. When contacted I was advised they couldn't guarantee print runs...this was a completely different edition and a waste of money. Was advised I could return but had to pay the postage. Emails to customer service were not read properly. Won't use Wordery again.

The book I ordered came with a musty cover and it’s not an old book. It was a hardback and the cover was slightly damaged and not as new which it was advertised as.

Terrible service. Ordered a diary on 28th December. Two weeks later got an email to say that it was delayed. I emailed them to say I wanted to cancel it and also tried to cancel the purchase through PayPal. I then bought another diary elsewhere. Amazingly the next day I had an email to say it has been dispatched... So nearly 3 weeks after purchasing, it arrived. I have absolutely no need for it now as my other diary turned up the day after I ordered it. Would definitely not use again

Dear Elisabetha, Thank you for your review. To help us speed up processing your return, please send us an image of the receipt via an email attachment on help@wordery.com. We can then refund you in full for the returned item. If you no longer have the proof of posting receipt, please do not worry, we will of course refund the order in full upon receipt and warehouse processing. As soon as your order is refunded, you will be notified by way of automatic email.

I have waited 3 months for a book I had to pre order that had been released 5 months before I ordered it so why I had to pre order it I don't know..... If I could give less stars I would. This company have never once contacted me about my order. I have had to contact them. How a company can take a customers money and not keep them informed about there order is awful and its stealing. If I took money from somebody like this I would have the police at my door. Basically all I'm saying is if you want a book you should either go to a book shop or amazon because they know what they are doing

I’m waiting for my books since the start of December. By now there is only one of them that have arrived. What’s going on with other 4 (!!!) books is a question. I hope that one day I discover them at my post office. I will never order books on this site again because of slow delivery.
