Hi Sue - Thank you for your review. We have checked with our warehouse team and we can confirm that your parcel has not yet been returned to us by the postal service. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Only responded to emails, not proactive in keeping me up to date with supply probs. Tracking details never updated

Book took far too long to arrive! It was a gift and arrived the day after my nieces birthday. Needless to say I was embarrassed!

After receiving a cook book which was described as “very good” condition, Wordery were to be fair very good and quick at sending out a replacement which I asked to be as described “very good” condition. The second replacement book was as bad as the first. I admit that it was a tenth of the original retail price for a book which I think is at least 15 years old since first published if not more, so why didn’t Wordery just describe it as “used” with an honest description so the buyer can make an informed decision. I got a full refund, I don’t understand????

Your service is usually good. On this occasion I was very disappointed as the book was damaged. I emailed about this but have not received a response.

Hi Alison- We're sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. All our items should reach you in mint condition and we're sorry that this was not the case for this order. We do normally respond to our emails within a 24 hour period and we're sorry to hear that you have not got a response. Need to communicate better over orders. Example: confirm order, give info on carrier and tracking number. I was left in limbo. Order for calendar took over a month. Really?

I never received the item. You never me a confirmation email either for purchase, preparing my or order or that it was shipped. Will never use this again and I will advise people not to use it either.

I love Wordery, always use them and find their service fantastic. That said I have been asked to review following my most recent order. This was distributed on 12th Feb and here on 28th Feb I am yet to receive it. I recognise this to be a one off and not representative of the fantastic service I have until now, always received.

My book took 6 weeks to arrive. My emails were replied to but no information was volunteered. The order tracking was never updated so didn't have any idea when it would arrive. I wasn't in when it did come and had to trek off to the PO sorting office. Not a happy experience

Ordered on 17/2 .. expected delivery now between 29/2 and 4/3. The same book can be bought locally and is in stock. Be ashamed Wordery, be very ashamed.

I tried to cancel this order after I relised it wasn’t a book!!! I don’t know how to read it plus I have no internet here and I’m totally computer illerterit!!! As I asked once I realised it had to be read on line I panicked n tried to cancel this order? If you haven’t already? I ordered for Valentine’s Day. Was dispatched on the 7th feb. Didn’t receive this the 18th! Emailed their customer service and they acted like they couldn’t care less.

It said the book was in stock when I bought them, otherwise I wouldn’t have bought three. It took about 5 weeks to received the third copy and each copy was sent individually.
