Although there's no guaranteed delivery date for our postal service, they usually get books to our customers within our estimates. Waited weeks for my order. A birthday gift. Only to have my order cancelled without notice. Would be nice to know upfront if a book is not in stock.

I ordered two Mindbogglers 1000 piece puzzles and I feel like they're copies of the originals. The pieces are almost as thin as paper and the picture is grainy. Really unimpressed. I've had puzzles from this range before and it was nothing like this.

Not great I am afraid! Love the colour of the diary but it’s the wrong layout and size for me. Trying to figure out a way to return it to you but your returns info is a bit confusing also I have to pay to do a return not great! I used your company because I like to spread my spending but am sorry to say because of the paying for a return thing will have to go back to amazon !! Sorry wordery

It took over a month to recieve my order, when I complained after 2 weeks all I was offered was 10% off next order. My daughter bought the book with her Christmas money and was really disappointed with how long it took to arrive.

I bought 8 books on November, 11, last year (I spent 182,00 pounds) and Wordery promised the books would be delivered in 5-20 days. Today is February, 8 and the books never arrived. I wrote them a lot of times, but they just told me to ask my neighbors if they had received them (they didn't). As the post office in my country didn't find the parcels I wrote them this week to ask for refund of the books I payed for and never received and they answered that, unless the 2 books they had already refunded, they will not refund me unless the order returned to them. My question is: Did they ever send me the books? I waited for 3 months and I need my money back. Do yourself a favor: Never buy from this shop.

The postal service has returned some of the parcels to us, claiming that an omission in the shipping address prevented delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to refund a returned-to-sender parcel until it is received at our warehouse.

Total disappointment! I have made a purchase and realised there is one book in my order list which I didn’t add. I emailed in 10 minutes to explain the problem and requested to cancel one of unwanted book in my list. I have been informed there is no cancellation and no free return option! I m very devastated that I have to pay for return post! There is no information on website says NO CANCELLATION! If something wrong or you made a mistake you have no right to cancel it and you have to pay for return post! I didn’t agree this missing terms when I made this purchase!

I ordered 48 books for a school which were due approximately 5 working days later. Wordery decided to cancel 9 of the books without telling me. The other 39 took nearly 3 weeks to get to me and then each book arrived in an individual cardboard envelope. Wordery only informed me what was happening because I kept chasing. A complete waste of time!

The order took too long to be delivered ordered on 10/1/20 arrived on 24/2/20. Other retailers arrive within 3 to 4 days and no extra charge

Books just arrive! Ordering is simple and the prices are competitive. I've not been a customer long enough to get specific recommendation so the rather insistent advertising is a bit scatter-gun but there is no problem with the (free!) delivery and packing

I placed an order on Monday 20th January. I then received a dispatch email the same day but my item is still yet to arrive. Very poor service and quite clearly a rip off.
