Patrick has not received his book. He needs it for his university course and has not heard a word about it. It was ordered in February.

My son is autistic an he loves or his thing is Killer Whales he adores them. So we got one of your books from the library. Well he actually searched an found the book. We are poor but we ordered the book cuz he loves it so. We wait he worries everyday about it. Then you guys send me an email saying it's outta stock. Problem is our house burnt down an we are now stuck living in a hotel.... My son would love this book. . Donna Parker

It cost more to return an item bought by mistake than the item cost in the first place! The item shipped from the US, but needed to be returned to England. I'm very unhappy. I will not buy from Wordery again!

Good selection and fast despatch unfortunately my parcel was not delivered to my chosen address. You despatched in good faith and can only take the couriers word for it. (Although you have never yet reported the findings of the investigation- 4 weeks later).I suggest a courier that takes a picture of where the parcel is left. I now have a class of ten without any books. Disappointed

I have written to Wordery twice in the last three months about different issues and have not received a reply. Am happy to write a review once I have received a response to these requests

Tried to cancel my order 30 minutes after making it, was told it was already “too late” which was evidently ridiculous. It wasn’t dispatched for another few days. The cost and resource use of packaging and sending (twice) was utterly needless. Returns information was also not forthcoming. I won’t be using this company again

ordered a book Sammy's Broken Leg for my grandson who broke his leg. Book never did arrive. When I emailed this info, was told to check to see if it was delivered to neighbors by mistake.

My order was due to be delivered on the 13th March. It did not arrive. Was told if not delivered by 19th contact you. When still not delivered I sent a further message. To which, as yet, I have had no answer. What is happening?

I pre-ordered a book on their eBay store (Donald Judd Spaces), the delivery date came and went and I had to contact them to be told that they were having supplier problems, even though the book was still for sale on the eBay store and company website. The book is now unavailable and has gone up by 50-100% in price (from other sellers). I've had perfectly fine experiences with Wordery in the past, but this recent experience means I'll buy elsewhere in the future.

Sadly although the book arrived in a new condition the sound button did not work. Sorry to give a poor rating but the purpose of the book is the sound and it doesn’t work.
