“I've ordered a maths book for my son for his GSCE studies to be send to my work address. It never arrived. Then I asked for the replacement book to be delivered to my home address instead but two days later I still haven't heard anything from the company. I'm very disappointed.”

“First purchase arrived in a couple of days, so I expected the same with my second. It was despatched on 3rd April for a birthday present on the 7th. Unfortunately, it arrived on the 8th We are in strange times at the moment( Coronavirus) and may have been down to shortage of staff at Royal Mail. Still a little disappointing though, as other goods ordered from elsewhere arrived in time.”

“Horrible, Horrible service. I still have not reveived my purvhase, and I ordered on 3/16/20. Your sevice had gone way down. I know better mechants who can get my orders to me on time. Way more organized merchants out there.”

“Too many ads it’s constant abc distracting. Gave up as was after every 2nd 3rd game. Annoyed at this as paid when most other games are free Without the nuisance”

“Very poorly described product. I thought I was purchasing a book and a diary/journal arrived. Absolutely no use to me whatsoever but no refund available. This is a clear case of mis-selling. Very disappointed in Wordery and won't be using again after I get rid of my credit.”

“I have been ordering from Wordery for almost a year now. But, their service has taken a turn for the worse. The second to the last order took almost a month to get to me, and when I inquired about it they gave nothing but excuses and no empathy. This recent order should have been here days ago and when I inquired about it they told me to wait another week and if I still didn't get it to verify my address. After almost a year my address has not changed. They want to treat me like this is my first order with them. My order is not cheap. Unacceptable service. I am very unhappy 😠.”

“Books were sent out in unacceptable condition when stated as new/like new. Customer service was lengthy and not straight forward. Returns are not free. But mostly, disappointed with the quality of books compared to their advertised condition. So unfortunately, I will not be placing orders again.”
