“It was horrible. I will never use them again. It took 4 weeks to get a school book from them. Literally my class ended before the book ever arrived! I reordered it from chegg and got it in 3 days.”

“Opinion on what exactly? On a book that was never delivered? I bought a book on April 21, 2020 today is June 7, 2020 and I have still not received any book. You guys messed up my pathophysiology course this term cause I kept waiting for the book to come and couldn't order another one and till date nothing! My pathophysiology exams starts on Wednesday June 10, 2020 and I have no text book to use for exam preparation. The link you sent to track the book shows its been delivered and I'm wondering to whom exactly? you guys made me wait for so long for nothing! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WASTING MY TIME”

“I chose to order from wordery as the delivery time was quicker than anywhere else, this was not the case. After my order was processed my delivery was put back by 3-4 days, because of this the order arrived to late for the birthday present it was intended for.”

“I ordered a book about WhatsApp. You sent me one about iPhones for Dummies. I don't have an iPhone and there is no mention of WhatsApp inthe book. I have it all ready to return to you, but owing to the lockdowm, I am unable at the moment to get out to post it back to you. My review on Wordery depends on whether you are able to send a different book which I have ordered.”

“Book damaged. Packing was excellent so obviously pre existing, but sold as new. Wasn’t expensive but still........ honest description goes a long way in keeping return customers. Disappointed.”
