“Book cover not as perfect as it might be for a brand new book - perhaps packaging and transport could take more care. Also it wasn't delivered on the date stated. I don't mind how long it takes but when it is 3 days later than the date quoted you begin to think it's gone missing - it would be better to quote a later date and ensure delivery is made on that date.”

“I normally have a really good experience with Wordery. Unfortunately the last book came dog eared from the cover, to about thirty pages back (yet the packaging was undamaged??). These things happen, they are books after all. I will still continue to use them.”

“It’s all excellent, except for very slow/long delivery times. It seems that the delay is between ordering and despatch, rather than with the delivery services used. Fix that and it’s 5 stars without hesitation!”

“Ordered book on a Monday, arrived on Thursday. This was ahead of scheduled 4-5 day delivery, so pleased with that. Based on this experience I would use Wordery again in the future.”
