“My book arrived as expected. However, the seller had obviously bought the book from a charity shop or such like and left the 50p sticker on. I don't really mind as they found the book and it shows initiative however it would have been better if they had covered up the price sticker - even with another small label. My opinion only.”

“Competitive prices, was very impressed with the books delivered within 3 working day of placing the order.Smooth transaction and enjoyable customer experience. Icing on customer service would be giving bookmarks like they used to give with orders previously. A little disappointed that I didn't receive any bookmarks with my last few orders. Overall very happy to recommend Wordery to my friends & family.”

“I’ve used Wordery several times with no issues, however this time I accidentally didn’t change the delivery address and despite contacting them immediately they didn’t pick up my message until the order had gone through the despatch process and they were unable to change it. A bit of a nuisance since free worldwide postage was a main reason for using Wordery. My fault I know, but a quicker response with an adjusted order would have helped.”

“I love the company. Use it many times and normally is cheaper than Amazon so I tend to purchase more now and have shifted away from Amazon. What I love about the company is that I get excited when the book arrives as for me, I know there is a small bookmark inside. Sadly this wasnt in this book but accept you cant always get one in every book that you order but for me this is the special in the purchase.”
