“Wordery continue to offer excellent prices and good service (I will continue to order from them, however..). Single small Hardback book with matte cover, was sent in a loose/movement allowing cardboard mailer, which caused some friction rub wear on the book during transit. When a single book is being sent, a zero-movement holding container similar to Amazon's book mailer is the best choice.”

“I have had trouble logging in. The symbol for doing so is not sufficiently prominent. I finally completed the task of placing an order with help from a lady at your end who I spoke to by phone. Today I tried to make another purchase and your phone line was 'too busy for ring back'. I do understand that today, 05/03/20 is unusually busy.”
