“The book was what I ordered, however, disappointingly it was packaged in an oversized box which meant the book shifted around in transit and arrived with pages that were bent and folded! It would have been better placed in a smaller box where movement would have been limited!”

“I like the inclusion of a bookmark with purchases. Unfortunately there was slight damage to the spine of one of the books I ordered (sliced by what looks like a box cutting tool). Previous orders have been perfectly fine.”
