“Thanks, the book took a while to arrive, but that was fine. The probably is the amount of package that you guys put for a single book! I am certainly that can be reduce dramatically and drastically without affecting the quality of the delivery! I wont shop from Wordery again unless you show a explicit concern about the resources you are using for a single book. Thank you PS: I believe I am not alone. all my students started to avoid amazon because they are careless with that!”

“Fast and prompt delivery. It would have been 5 star except that my parcel was open along the long edge, there was no packing to secure the book so it was sliding around inside quite a large box. I don't know if someone had been inside the package and removed the packing or whether this is how it was dispatched. A Christian hymn book was obviously not worth taking!”

“The book was packed in a box that was too big for 1 book and the book had a couple of slightly torn pages and a few pages that had been bent back. As the book was for me it didn't really matter but not nice if it was for a present. Otherwise delivery as expected”

“My experience with Wordery has been unpredictable. When I have paid for express delivery, the books have always arrived late. When I recently opted for free delivery, the book arrived on time. Not sure what to make of that.”
