“Great price, reasonably quick postage BUT I wont be buying from you again because of your packaging. I ordered a large hardcover book and it was in a cardboard box that was bigger than the book which meant that the book was free to bounce and slide around inside it where the cover can be damaged. I prefer to buy books that are wrapped properly for postage, i.e. in bubble wrap or fitted snuggly in cardboard wrap packages.”

“For ease of ordering, range and price of books it would be five star; but you are let down by sending orders via Whistl who add 2-3 days to the standard Royal Mail delivery time.”

“Shipping is quite prompt. And delievers in good time. However, you guys are quite pricey. And for someone who purchases a lot of books, a lot of the time, i rely upon bookstores to give me great prices. And to also reward me. Like a points system or discount for frequent customers would be great. It would keep me coming back. But it does not look like you guys do that sort of stuff. Your discounts are barely savings.”

“The book was a very good price and arrived really quickly! The only thing I was unhappy about was the glue from the packaging got onto the cover of my book and ripped the cute bookmark it came with. I spent ages scraping the glue off.”
