“I'm very happy with the book but the delivery time was slow. I was expecting the book in first class post, 1-2 days, but it arrived after 4 days which was disappointing.”

“Your cheap, lightweight packaging means that books often arrive with bruised corners (as in this case). Just about acceptable (for the price) for ones own reading; but I wouldn't risk using you for anything that is intended as a gift...”

“We all now get used to Amazon delivering books in record time but I had to wait for my delivery from Wordery for about 2 weeks. Why the hold up ? If you are based in UK and I am based in UK surely delivery should be less than 1 week?? Regards Simon Tattersfield”

“Disappointed that there was no faster delivery option than 5 and more days, with a book in stock not being dispatched till 2 days had passed. I'm told on inquiry that sometimes a faster delivery is offered, but seems rather seldom. The reply from Danielle at help@wordery to my inquiry if a faster option could be considered in future was quite off-putting, as though no improvement could be contemplated.”

“The true rating is probably 2.5 stars. My service was not entirely poor but neither was it entirely acceptable. The product itself was perfect and arrived in good condition. However, it arrived after the expected delivery date which was unfortunate as it was a gift and needed by the maximum number of delivery days. I make many online orders and, aside from a couple from the US over the years, all arrive within the expected time frame (including some previous orders from Wordery). Of course, Wordery may not be directly responsible for the late delivery however it is unfortunate that their shipping partners do not provide tracking as that would have allowed me to make an easier and earlier decision about what I would provide as a gift if this package didn't arrive by the anticipated date. Fortunately, I have had good experiences with Wordery in the past and this will not stop me from purchasing from them again however it will make me more cautious. If I need something quickly or within a reasonable time frame, Wordery will not be my first choice.”

“No option to leave order in safe place when purchasing .......endless phone calls to track down Oder and get an agreed neighbour to sign for a £5 book for my son. Normally wouldn't go to these lengths but we were going on holiday the next day. Maybe need to review your delivery options in this busy world we all live in!!”
