“The delivery is always good however I have returned 2 out of the 3 books ordered as they were not very good. I prefer recipe books to have a picture for each recipe. It gives you a idea how some thing should turn out. Neither of the returned books had enough.”

“We received the book, although it was a couple of days outside the promised delivery date range. The book itself, Jack and the Beanstalk - I was always under the impression that Jack went up the beanstalk three times, rather than the one time, before it was chopped down. I feel cheated about Jack swerving his exercise”

“Unfortunately the invioce slip was inserted between the cover and first leaf of the book. The sticky paper on the invoice was attached to the first leaf and tore the page when removed.”

“I received courteous and efficient notification and follow up, however my last book took a month, not two weeks, to arrive. Apparently it had taken a rather circuitous route! When it finally arrived it was in good order. Previous orders have not been delayed and the prices are generally quite competitive. Free delivery is a definite plus.”

“If there was a mention of being located in the UK, I missed it. I was surprised when a Foreign Transaction Fee appeared on my charge card. Granted, the fee was small, but full disclosure is always a plus.”

“Unhappy. The book was slipped into an envelope far too big. Consequently it whizzed around inside the envelope whenever a postal worker flung it, getting battered. When it arrived at my house the corner of the book was sticking out of a hole in the envelope it had punched out from inside. Answer, a smaller envelope with some kind of packing inside to restrict the movement of the dear, sweet book when flung by postal workers.”

“Another quick delivery as expected ;) The Critical Vaccine Studies book I had ordered from you has arrived in not good shape as was packed by wordery in the soft envelope. Due to the size of the parcel the postman had to put all efforts to push in by force the book to the mail box, what has caused book deformation. I Think all of your deliveries should be arranged in harder envelopes to prevent any deformations”

“The service was ok - delivery didn't take too long but the book itself was disappointing for the price and I didn't think it was accurately described. I wanted an informative city guide book and instead got an alphabetical listing of bars, restaurants etc”
