“The books are lovely and very different but considering the price of them, they should have been in better condition. The books have 'outside covers' on which are a but scuffed”

“Bad management of orders and shipping information. I had my address wrong and I wrote to Wondery at the very same second the order was placed. I was told the next day that their orders are being processed right away so there is nothing to be done and my only option is to wait for the order to be returned back (due to wrong address) and then re-send it. That wasn't an option for me. Paypal's buyer protection covered my case and solved my problem.”

“Both of the books I ordered had completely different covers than in the picture, which was a shame as I had specifically chosen to order "Emma" from this website over just getting it off amazon because of how pretty the cover was. They say don't judge a book by it's cover, but I would still liked to have received what I had ordered.”

“Good price, free (and mostly fast) shipping and a large selection (you can almost always find what you're looking for). The only negative thing is my last order where I ordered volume 4 - 7 in a series and only volume 5 - 7 arrived, 4 being sent much later (even though it was listed as available on the website). I guess there has to be some reason for it, but you feel pretty annoyed when you want to start reading the volumes you have but can't since you're still waiting for the first one you ordered at the same time.”

“I was happy because I received the product I purchased, however there were quite a few scratches on the back of the book which startled me a little bit but I put up with it, bit of a shame because the 1st book i purchased from Wordery was in absolute perfect condition. Whoever is handling the goods does need to be extra careful as at the end of the day we're paying customers, and I did wait almost 2 weeks for my product and to receive it with damage on the back isn't always going to be acceptable.”
