“The books I ordered were in good condition and this was the only site i could they on. However, the books were 4 days late than the date agreed. The books were a present for my sons birthday.”

“Pretty quick delivery but the packaging wasn't strong enough so arrived open and the book was a bit damaged, I wasn't in my boyfriend took it and unfortunately saw what it was... his birthday present. That's why I would give 4 but I am only giving 3 stars.”

“Delivery was on time and no hassle. You didn't ask what made me unhappy which is a bit of a biased survey! How are you supposed to improve your customer experience if you don't try to improve on issues found? What made me unhappy? The wordery bumph stuck to the inside page of my book meaning that I had to tear it off damaging the inside page. Nothing substantial was damaged but perhaps a learning process for your packer.”

Dear Laura, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that there's been a problem with your delivery. The parcel should not have been left outside the property. In the event of a missed delivery, when the parcel does not fit through the letter box, the delivery person should leave a missed delivery notice so that collection/re-delivery can be arranged. “Other than the delivery taking longer than informed in the email, the product is in excellent condition and the price was good. I would order definitely order again, but will keep in mind that the delivery time will be longer than instructed.”
