“Books took almost 3 weeks to arrive after ordering. :(”

“When I received my book, the package was almost totally open. I guess thats more of an issue with the posties, but I still think the book could have been packaged better. The corners were a bit squished/bent. I am happy though that I found what I was looking for on Wordery, when nowhere else carried it.”

“Packaging was good and keeping me Informed also excellent.shame the book was not! no index system ,which is annoying trying to find a particular character,no chapters either!. that is the price you pay for on shopping!Regards tony”

“Delivery was good. However the book wasn't what I expected however didn't bother returning it because it would have probably cost more to return in and send it back and there is no free returns system.”

“As per my first order the books were delivered very swiftly - thank you! Your website was recommended to my by a fellow book lover. However, in contrast to my first order, there was some damage to the dust jacket outer edges and also a small tear on the top right re the hardback - it seemed to be damaged within the packaging., whereas the paperback was in pristine condition. I don't want a replacement for the hardback as I consider this wasteful - I'm not in the habit of throwing books away, but I was obviously disappointed.it had arrived in a spoiled condition - something I'd normally associate with Amazon; one reason I prefer not to order books from them anymore..”

“My order finally arrived though it took longer than any order I have ever placed anywhere. Not being able to track it made me think it was lost. However, when I contacted your company and was told to continue being patient, and that if it were lost, it would be replaced, that was reassuring. Since the order will be gifts, I'm glad I ordered several months ahead of time.”

“The paquet used to deliver the book wasn't strong enough to protect it completely, it came with a hit in the back side that was clearly made in it's way here. It wasn't how I tought it will be my first buy in your shop, and I will considered this if I want to buy a book there again.”

“I was quite disappointed in this book as it is very American. It refers to diapers and Mom throughout and in a vague way feels inappropriate for a British child. It also refers to 'Mom' eating strange foods and constantly losing her car keys as if she has become a different person and Dad says that she will be back to normal after the baby arrives!!!!! The inference being that growing a baby makes you strange - I don't agree with that, pregnancy is not an illness and normally does not make women any different. There are many good things about the book such as the way the brother resents the idea of a new baby but ends up liking it but overall I would not recommend it for a British family.”
