“I did not know it was an international payment and was charged more.”

“I'm used to getting an email to tell me my order has been processed and posted but you send one saying 'we'll get round to it' and, if you've only glanced presumptuously at the message, it takes a few days of fruitless mail drops before realising you haven't sent anything, yet. I bought paper from you and glue from someone else at the same time on line and the glue is here. It arrived on the day you emailed to say you'd finally gotten around to posting the paper.”

“I have ordered a book as a present for a friend, to be delivered at his place. The book arrived one week after the order, but unfortunately I didn't received any confirmation of that. It would be nice to improve this side. I'm happy with all the rest”

“The paquet used to deliver the book wasn't strong enough to protect it completely, it came with a hit in the back side that was clearly made in it's way here. It wasn't how I tought it will be my first buy in your shop, and I will considered this if I want to buy a book there again.”

“It would have been helpful to be able to order a number of copies at the same time e.g. 5 music books, so that they could arrive at the same time. Instead one copy at a time arrived days apart from each other, despite ordering them on the same day.”

“Usually pleased, but the first word, word search was definitely not that, I got it for someone with speacial educational needs and it was far to advanced, nothing like the cover. But usually have no complaints and very pleased with other books.”
