“I made the order and went through with the payment to find out a few days later that you didn't have that item in stock and had refunded me so I went back onto your website to see if you had other similar which you did so I ordered a different one but it arrived two days later than it should have. Overall good item but shame about stock mishap.”

“cannot fault the book or quick service, I actually thought the book would be personalised with the message and was disappointed when it was a sticker message which will spoil the book if put on.”

“Nicely packaged and prompt. Only price disappointed, as I later found the prices were not especially competitive. Even on Wordery's Amazon store prices were cheaper than shopping direct. I expected the opposite to be true.”

“The item did not arrive for 12 days.It was a gift for my grandaughters confirmation.It did not arrive in time. Very disappointed.Poor service.Will not be using again.”
