“Have been spoiled by Amazon! Did not know you were in UK when I ordered and wondered why it was taking so long to arrive. Now I know! You are nearly the only store in town for obscure works and I will probably be back soon!”

“Book was what I wanted delivered quickly. BUT to package a book that was thin enough to go under the door let alone through the letterbox, in an envelope that the postman took back to the depot for me to collect, was more than a little irritating.”

“It's difficult to get emotional about buying something online. You hope and pray that you're not going to get screwed or scammed or cheated, so you try to limit your dealings with outfits that seem credible and who you have probably dealt with before. You can tell if this is the case by noting the level of email bombardment and silly ones like this. There is always ONE problem with buying anything from the UK, and that's delivery time. Yours took 3 weeks from date shipped to date delivered. It's just too long, so please find a way to reduce this in the future. Then I will give you more stars;”

“Great price and delivery compared to other outlets. However slightly disappointed some of the folds in the pop up book i ordered had been bent and squashed like it had been used previously.”

“First e-mail said that the delivery will be made in 7 working days. Then at the end of those days I receive an e-mail saying that the delivery will be done in the next 4 days. Luckily for me this order I made it way before the b'day party so I was safe. Delivery time should be improved, otherwise the package was safely delivered”

“Hi Wordery, this was my first purchase. I was told it would take 13 days for the delivery and it took exactly the same time!! That was good!! But the book I ordered, Ninteen Eighty Four by George Orwell, the pages are coming out of it. That is something I wasn't expecting”

“Long winded. I could have put the necessary info on a pamphlet. The author seems to be on an ego trip. I want someone to tell me what to eat, when to eat it and necessary exercises. By the time i got the information I was looking for i had lost the will to live.”
