“My order was eventually cancelled because of a supplier problem - understandably not the fault of Wordery, and the 1st time this had happened - but I felt it could have been communicated sooner so I could order from somewhere else instead of waiting”

“The problem was that the book was displayed on the website as one title but on the order acknowledgement as a different book by the same author. This was pointed out and the correct book was delivered with as delivery note still with the wrong description. Otherwise happy.”

“The books didn't arrive at the same time and there was a longer wait than anticipated for the Mary Poppins collection. No indication was given that this would be the case. I was disappointed with the Mary Poppins collection. It was called a box set. Box sets I have bought in the past come in a sturdy box. This really was little more than a cardboard sleeve in so much as once you took one of the books out, the card was so flimsy, it was difficult to slide back in. I really struggled. Impossible for a child. Misleading to call it a box set.”

“I ordered two packs of cards in one order, thinking it would be less expensive for Wordery since shipping was free. I was also going to surprise my kids by giving them each a set. I received an email stating it was on its way. I emailed Wordery that I order 2 sets, but the email only referenced one. I was instructed that the cards would come in 2 shipments. I received one set and then the 2nd set about 5 days later. Although I am happy that I received both shipments without any shipping costs, I thought it was a waste of money and packaging that they were sent separately. I also waited till the second set came in before giving them to my kids. Thank you, Carla”
