“The parcel was very slow arriving so much so that I had emailed to say it hadn't arrived once I emailed things were resolved very quickly & politely. So all came good in the end”

“It took a LONG time to get the order - so long, in fact, that I forgot I had placed the order. I don't recall seeing anything in the order process indicating that Wordery is in London. Had I seen that, I would have been expecting a lengthy wait time.”

“They did not make me happy as I only wanted one book and it kept saying I ordered more than I had trouble with my password as I am not very good with the computer I just cancelled the order sorry I get too up set with the computer”

“Good price, efficient delivery but not quite as happy as I should be with product :-Peter Pan pop up book by Robert Sabuda. The book was not pristine. In fact it looked as if it had been stored somewhere slightly damp. There were slightly dirty marks on one page and one part of one pop up page was broken. These pop ups are terribly intricate and as I have purchased other pop up books from this author/artist (from other suppliers), I know that sometimes the pages are difficult to open. This book is not as it should be. I needed it as a present and so chose not to return but was disappointed with quality.”

“Nice price, quick delivery but the bottom right hand corner on all 3 books where bashed, this was clearly before it was packaged as their was plenty of padding and the box was it prefect condition.”

“Order did not arrive within 7 business days as advertised. Upon receiving, discovered box that holds the set of books was damaged, torn at seams. Had to tape it to be able to hold the book set. Was advertised as being New, but was damaged.”

“Just a bit disappointed that the book took so long to arrive, and every time I checked your website to track it it just said "Fulfilling" which was not helpful at all. I would also have liked to know how it was going to be delivered - courier or Royal Mail. However the book was a very good price, so I would certainly order from you again.”
