“Bit surprised when my order arrived as the book had failed out of the wrapper which had not been sealed properly - apart from this one occurrence, Wordery have been very good and value for money.”

“My package was delivered a little later than expected (and advertised), but I did get it and it was in perfect condition. Had it not been a day planner for the new year, I wouldn't have minded -- better than late never, I suppose! Just goes to show timing has its own intelligence.”

“I love my new Amnesty International calendar, however it arrived on my doorstep badly abused and torn open. Also, beings the postman left it on my porch instead inside my screen door, the package was soaked because of all the snow during a storm. Now the pages are warped and melted together. I don't feel like all if this was Wordery's fault, but overall I was disappointed in the final outcome. I love Amnesty so I will display the calendar regardless, but it's sad to see the pages everyday in such a state.”

“It took too long to send the order comparing to other online retailers. There were some dents in my hardcover copies as well, which is annoying since they were luxury editions.”

“The price of the book was very reasonable and the free shipping made an excellent deal. However speed of delivery was not there. This could be thet I am in Canada and Wordery is a UK company. So if speed of delivery is not an issue Wordery did a good job for me. I should have paid closer attention as to where Wordery is located before ordering but they do deliver anywhere. The only problem I really had was the lack of tracking information on the book and therefore did not know how it was arriving ie courior of post otherwise it was a good experience.”

“I ordered some calendars and they told me that they would delay. In the meantime it was showing that they had them in stock. And then after week they apologize to me that they cannot sent them to me because its difficult to get them from the supplier. I was dissapointed because these calendars were a gift. At least they should have told me at the front that they didnt have them. Not after a month”

“the packaging was too big for the product which meant that royal mail were not able to post it through my letter box - use more size specific packaging. Also meant I had to go to royal mail depot to collect as I was at work :(”

“Well it said on the front ' Ultimate Guide' but it wasn't . The ultimate official guide is now over £200 so I will make do with this one. It gave some info but since I was already playing the game I already knew most of it.”
