Delivery was OK but I bought a cross word book for my son. I bought this in the UK from a UK company so was disappointed to see the kids' crossword book was American with completely American references that my son (and I!) had no idea about. So he was unable to use the book. Would be useful to make clear the book was American and English people would not get the clues. Won't use service again.

I only like Wordery when they send this books in cardboard - just wish they were more consistent as sometimes I get books from them in "padded" envelopes.

Hi Jamie - We vary the packaging depending on the size, the weight and the shape of the book being dispatched. One of our packaging types is a cardboard wrap :)

Two books ordered as two Christmas presents. Books unavailable but I wasn't emailed until it was too late to try to source them somewhere else. Poor service.

Your shipping methods are unreliable and fall below the standard I expect when I pay for an "express" service. To be honest, I think you should stick to your standard, free delivery and not offer something you cannot provide.

Bit slow on delivery. Book was ordered 24th December , ok Christmas Eve but wasn't shipped until 6th Jan and delivered 9th Jan. That is slow in this fast moving ,competitive world. Item was in stock.

Site could do with a little better search functions and the postage was rather slow, overall a reasonable experience and I will likely purchase from here again

Product matched description. Ok price. Well packed. Only complaint is that they took about a week to actually dispatch an order from the warehouse. The product was meant to be in stock.

Purchased a £60 book with a crease in the front cover and never got a replacement for another book. The books are poorly looked after in the warehouse. However, they are at good prices.

I was not very impressed with the service. I had a voucher giving me 10% off the purchase of two books. I wanted one book sent to Canada and one book sent to a UK address. This was not possible on one order form as there was only one address option for delivery. I therefore had to use two order forms and cross refer them to each other, quoting the discount code on both. This seemed to confuse either the computer or the staff or both. No discount was deducted until I subsequently pointed it out, having been charged full price, and then only on one book. The Canadian book didn't arrive for Christmas, although it was ordered by the last date for delivery and I had to write and tell customer services that they had not refunded the discount on the second book, for which I had been charged full price. Is this really the best you can do?

Only just ! Terry Frost 'Prints' arrived with a slight bend in the backing of this new hardback. Prior to that,I always visited your website first when condidering a new or secondhand purchase.

The choice and prices are very competitive. My concerns come from the amount of time for edelivery. I ordered books (in November) as Christmas presents and some didn't arrive until very close to Christmas. This added stress that was unnecessary.

The books were dispatched to Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class before early November so certainly should have reached you in good time. Your service was good but the delivery to my son in Denmark lacked conspicuously. The driver repeatedly tried to deliver to the house. My son contacted DHL and told them that nobody was there during the day and to leave it in a safe place but it took two weeks for them to understand what they were asked to do!

Hi Anne - So sorry for the issue with DHL. While we did pass on that instruction to DHL it isn't their usual practice to leave a parcel; they usually have to obtain a signature and we apologise that this led to problems.
