“The shipping is definitely fast there's no denying that. I ordered a hard back copy of The Chronicles of Narnia unfortunately the edges of the book were bent I decided to keep the book as the dustcover hid the damage. Please check in future before posting out the books.”

“I have only ordered cookery books from wordery so can only review on this. I find that unless you have have looked at the book elsewhere (shops), you have no idea what they look like inside, layout etc. as you can't view the books on the website. In my opinion there are very few that are worth the money charged for them.”

“From the point of view of ease of ordering and speed of delivery I was highly satisfied with the service. Sadly, however, on inspecting the ordered item in detail, I discovered, to my considerable dismay, that a very important page was missing from the text. The book was a stage adaptation of Charles Dickens "Hard Times" by Stephen Jeffreys, and the version begins with a song. The words to the song are printed and there is a note that the music appears on page 78 of the text. But turning to page 78, not only was the music not there, page 78 didn't in fact exist !!!! I have reported this error to customer complaints, who purport to be investigating the matter. But as yet, I have not had a satisfactory resolution to my problem.”
