My book arrived in good time but had been damaged at the corners. This was obviously due to handling in post but a box would have been better than a jiffy bag. This was not a gift so i just accepted it as it was as i wanted to read the book. However, if it had been a gift I would have sent it back. More robust packaging please.

GOOD SERVICE. HOWEVER I BOUGHT WHAT I WANTED TOO, FAR TOO MANY EMAILS TRYING TO GET ME TO SPEND MORE WHICH IS ANNOYING

I'm afraid every time you send books in flimsy envelopes you are going to damage them and cause costly replacements. It would be interesting to know what the percentage of damages hits your margins.

We paid postage to receive the book quickly but it still did not arrive for a few days so disappointed.

My product wasn't as pictured and will just be more hassle and probably cost more returning than the product itself . I emailed wordery and was told they couldn't send me an exchange but I could get in touch with them to arrange a return and then order the right product which I thought was a contradiction after being told they couldn't send me an exchange
