“The order was precise but delivery had taken long time to arrive also the books came separate instead coming together which was frustrating. As I intended both items to schedule on that date. Apart from this the order process was excellent.”

“Your service is usually excellent but this time my order was delayed for several days. You did email me but it was a week after the order was placed and it was being delivered straight to my Great Nephew for his Birthday so we were all rather disappointed. I will still order from you again as your selections of books as well as your prices are very good.”

“Prices are good and the overall service is ok, but the processing and delivery time is too long. I've ordered a couple of music books that said they should be delivered in 4 working days but the first one took 6 days for them to even dispatch and I've been waiting a week for the second one.”

“This was my first direct order with wordery. I ordered two books. Both said 'In stock' on the website. One was delivered quickly, I had to wait well over 10 days for (despite the email saying 3-7 days delivery). During that time there was no update email and when I logged in the status just said 'fulfilling' with no new ETA date. Frustrating. I love wordery, the free bookmarks and when I have ordered with wordery via Amazon it has been fine. So I decided to go direct and was underwhelmed with the experience. Sorry guys.”

“After my first order was lost through Canada post they were kind enough to replace the item. Wish there was a phone number on their website for enquiries though, rather than using e-mail as their initial response to my enquiry was not received.”
