“My order took over a week to be dispatched, and was only dispatched after I emailed asking how long it was going to take.”

“I was generally happy with the delivery of the product, although it took longer than anticipated. Having now looked at the pamphlet I would ask you to reconsider whether you wish to advertise it, because it's a very basic format and from paragraph 26 onwards, there are letters missing because of poor printer alignment. I have yet to read it properly, but it's very thin, homemade and frankly barely worth it.”

“Good price and on-time delivery. But book was delivered in a jiffy envelope and somewhere en-transit had been bent (which bent the spine of the book and made it look second hand). Had to still give as a present which I really didn't want to do, but no time to change. Maybe put a bit of card in with books? Or a sticker on the front saying 'fragile, do not bend'?”

“Was happy that the book came promptly, but the quality of the book was not good. On opening it the centre pages became loose. As the book was for myself Iwas not too concerned . If however it was intended as a gift for someone ,I would have returned it.”

“THe book delivered was not the same as the one shown online. It contained 2 islands instead of just Zante meaning less information as it was only 40 pages relevant to what I needed”
