“The book is fine but came in a box big enough for 10 books of that size - wasteful (and needed collecting from the PO as wouldn't go through the letterbox). However, I commented to Wordery about it and my next order came in an appropriately-sized cardboard envelope.”

“When I placed my order, the confirmation said that it would be with me in 4 working days. 4 working days later I had an email to say my order had been dispatched and would be with me in 4 working days, so it took quite a while to arrive. But, it did arrive, so that is the main thing :) Also, one of the books I ordered had a quite a few pages that were damaged at the corners quite badly. The book is still readable, so I didn't feel the need to return it. Apologies for the slight grumbles, I have never had any issues with you before. All the best”

“Prompt delivery. However the edges of the book were discoloured as though it had been stored on a dirty surface, making it look as though it was second hand, rather than brand new! Inside, the pages themselves were fine and hadnt been opened”

“The delivery arrived, but much longer than the estimated time of 4-5 days. This was not a huge problem in this case, it was not an urgent present, but we worried that the order was lost as the recipient address has problems with this. The customer service reply to my request was a standard reply and not helpful. Incidentally the order arrived the same day I made the enquiry.”
