“Trainer was knowledgeable and very nice would do class with him again , I mistakenly booked a full day course for WAH cause my previous certification had expired passing the three year mark,not knowing I could’ve just done a refresher I did not get a refund for the difference in class as the full course cost more than the refresher Upon speaking to a agent I learnt this was common for people in this case I think it would be nice for People who made this mistake to get thier refund back regardless of a policy also knowing a good amount of people might do this Kinda thief”
