“the process was fairly simple but the site was very slow. when trying to book online courses for a larger group i would like the opportunity to assign an administrator other than myself......otherwise easy to use”

“A couple questions were confusing and thought we had right but it said it was wrong. No way to go back and check what was right. 2 other guys I know that wrote the same test at the same time also had same problem. Didn't think that it was fair.”

Hey Dennis, Sorry for the issues you had with the confusing questions. However, you can always return to previous pages in the course presentation to retry questions until you get them right, and exam questions can be reviewed either on the specific question or altogether at the end of the exam. “The course was very well put together and covered everything - I would recommend. The test however was a little difficult as most questions had multiple answers, and even if you got all your answers correct in the one question, but missed one - that answer was considered incorrect.”
