“Very straight forward and at the same time informational lesson, I really enjoyed listening to it! The only thing is I was on my phone while completing and sometimes, not all the time, some buttons weren’t working- it almost seems like a browser problem, not the lesson itself, but that’s about it on the bad side, everything else was awesome, I’ve learned a lot about Fall Arrest Systems, Thank you!”

“I had to quickly enroll my young worker into a fall protection course. This was readily available and he had no problems accessing it or completing the program. Although I normally do not enroll workers in online fall protection courses as it is necessary for them to take the theory and practical application through a certified training facility, this worked in a pinch.”

“I have been using the site for a few years now and the user interface is constantly being upgraded and improved upon. Whenever I need needed assistance, the support team is always efficient in their response time as well as friendly. The only recommendation I have for you is that I still find that the 'Manage User' option still needs a bit of work. I would love to see all the users and their training all on one screen.”

“I got confused in the exam page and did the exam twice as it would not give me the new dates. You need to clean this up to make it less confusing. I chatted online and got it fixed but had to do the exam twice.”
