“While the use of the on line chat support was necessary to ensure no errors were made in correctly enrolling a student (while logged in an administrator) all reports indicated the student quickly and completed and passed the WHIMS course.”

“Just having issues accessing my old account. It has my previous certificates. This account was set up in 2015 and has a separate portal but I am not sure of the address. When I renewed my TDG and WHMIS in April of this year there was a link made available however I can no longer see it. Access to the old account and or merging the accounts would be beneficial.”

“The information provided was good and relevant to the work I will be doing. There were a couple of questions though that the answers provided did not match the information provided. When I called to inquire reception tried to help but had no ability to see what I was talking about (this was a bit frustrating as I was calling from the Northwest Territories).”

“I live and work in a very remote area. Getting into the city to renew and acquire training and certification updates can be very costly to me and the companies I work for. Travel is both expensive and time-consuming, however, the importance of keeping updated with safety and Industry Standards is extremely important. Online opportunities to acquire tickets through trusted Companies like Worksite Safety makes training more affordable and easily achievable. I found the site, bright, yet simply elegant with easy to follow instructions. The homepage is full of links and access to a huge variety of Information, Resources and Education yet it's not too noisy. You don't need instructions to follow the instructions. Most importantly, you can study until your comfortable, and write exams when "You" are ready. If you need help, their Live Chat reply right away. I definitely will recommend the site and will certainly be a repeat customer for years to come.”

“Hey I recently did my working at heights in Oshawa August 9th 2018, by Pam. The class was great and the instructor was amazing, only downfall I still have yet to get my card in the mail... my address is 850 hinterland drive Oshawa l1k2m6 thank you”

Hey Jay-Daniel, That's good to hear you had a great experience in the class! Regarding the card you will receive in the mail, that will come directly from the Ministry of Labour. They do not set a definitive timeline for mailing the cards out as they are pretty backlogged with them, but we usually find it is at least 2-3 months before they arrive. Here is a number that will take you directly to the MoL's record keeping department that deals with the Working at Heights certificates if you would like to contact them regarding it: 416-212-9871. They will have a record of you and will be able to tell you some more information regarding your certificate. Nathan

“It was good, however I found it too long. No need to know or go through the detailed information. It would be more meaningful if the a download would be possible in which case we would have the detailed information if needed.”

“"USER FRIENDLY" that's what I liked the most, no issues, no problems, no delays. lots of sites are difficult because of the layout of the site, ie: instructions. yours is awesome! just starting to use, may find need to use more often. thanks”
