“Enjoyable, very fast paced (I prefer a little slower but realize there was a tight deadline) maybe stretch it over a couple days instead? Need more time to let info soak in. I’d love more time for hands on training to happen. More help with harness buckles would have been great…maybe I just had a super fiddly one.”

“I found the center in Whitby to be well laid out however some better signage could be put to use. I only found the classroom by guessing as I could not find signage on the exterior of the building until I was almost to the main door. Maybe include in the joining instructions for the course that the classroom is on the second floor up the stairs to the left of the main entry door.”

“The space is clean and spacious. The instructor was clear and concise in his delivery of information and directions. He made sure that each participant was understanding the information being delivered. His style of teaching was relaxed with a touch of humor which allowed everyone to have a really enjoyable experience.”
