“The space is clean and spacious. The instructor was clear and concise in his delivery of information and directions. He made sure that each participant was understanding the information being delivered. His style of teaching was relaxed with a touch of humor which allowed everyone to have a really enjoyable experience.”

“My only recommendation is that you have a separate course specifically targeted for High Supervisory positions. Knowledge needs to be considerably more extensive and a credential should show you have the ability at the level of Superintendent. I find the majority of ALL courses to be targeted at entry level employment. Which is fine but certainly doesn't quite give much credence to a Supervisor when even a labourer or first year apprentice has the same thing.”

“Website could be more user friendly. If you are not tech savy and can't figure out, it is not obvious to go to differnt poptions to creat/add accounts. Other than that payment process to the communication and virtual links is great.”
