“It gets the job done, and is easy to follow”

“From initial contact, to completion of training, the process was easy and seamless. Getting set up as a company, making the purchase of training units, assisgning the units to employees - all done with ease. The very slight hiccup (not an issue) I did encounter was resolved within minutes over email (almost as quick as if it was over the phone).”

“very straightforward, however when answering the questions during the course I had to go back before I could go forward as the program didn't move forward to the next page. I was concerned this might happen in the exam but it did not.”
