“E-mail confirmation and follow-up receipt communication was perfect! Did not realize we purchased a 5x7 book and not a full-page book (maybe 10 1/2 x 11-ish?) ((Digital copy would be great))”

“very well set up for me as a person who just needed to renew my DG certificate I would think for a first-time person it might be a bit more challenging but the help buttons are on each page and they do answer most questions very well. But that is my opinion as a person who has had a DG certificate in the past. Over all very well done and I will renew again in the future with Worksite Safety on Line.”

“We have 2 different sites (one through POST/OPCA & the other WorkSite Safety) this makes it difficult when seeking support as the support staff are not able to decipher which account I am referring to. Is it possible to put something in place to assist ?”
