“I have had a couple of refresher sessions with you guys on "Working at Heights and I have sent several employees. My personal experience was that the content of the sessions is fine. The key to the sessions is the instructor. I have had a couple of good ones and one fair one. His issue was his command of English. You can also have the participants ruin things because of their command of English.”

“Overall, my experience with Worksite Safety has been great. The service is reliable and the process is smooth, which keeps me coming back. One small improvement I’d suggest is labeling WAH (Working at Heights) certifications more clearly as recertifications when applicable—this would help with internal tracking. Additionally, I’d love to see First Aid refresher courses added to your offerings. Many of my workers require recertification after completing the full course, and having a refresher option available would bring a lot of our business your way. Thanks for the continued support and quality training!”
