“Website info for Burlington site was inaccurate. It was not open on a Saturday as posted when I drove there to pick up a copy of the Green Book (supposed to be copies available there). However the person I spoke to by phone was very apologetic & helpful. I ended up choosing to pay to have it shipped instead of driving to Vaughn or North York.”
